Japanese Ginko wood with a
Frank Lloyd Wright horizontal
inspiration work well in the very
Oriental, 7' low space.  The 3-2-1
cabinet proportional
arrangement follows the
Fibonacci sequence, similar to
the digits of your finger.
The variety of solid, mullion and
glass doors and open shelves
enlivens the richness of the dark
cabinets and black slate counter,
splash and floor.

There is a wonderful mix of
recently exposed brick, Vermont
slate, 50 million years old fossil
stone at the pass thru.    Shallow
depth cabinets at the window
allow access, yet is ample work
space.  Double sided translucent
glass doors above the pass thru
bring the dining room and the
kitchen together.
Notice the sliding louvred doors
on the angled cabinet accentuate
the horizontal shelves and
overhanging eaves above.
